Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the resort had its moments, but I was left largely unimpressed. The location right by the beach offers amazing views, and the bar staff were genuinely friendly. However, the unwelcoming attitude of most other staff members, coupled with the numerous issues I faced regarding room comfort and outdated facilities, made for a frustrating experience overall. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a hassle-free getaway.
I had a mixed experience at the resort. The beach and pools were lovely and clean, but the food was quite mediocre, and the communication with management left much to be desired. The private island excursion was not what we expected, which was a disappointment. Overall, it has great potential, but several things need improvement.
While the hotel has a beautiful beach setting and offers delicious food, my experience was marred by poor customer service and issues with the accommodations. The romantic atmosphere is inviting, but the lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance left much to be desired. It was disappointing that customer support was unresponsive to my concerns, overshadowing an otherwise enjoyable stay.
My stay at the resort was quite mixed. On one hand, the beach is absolutely gorgeous and the entertainment was impressive, with some outstanding shows. The food was tasty and varied, but on the other hand, the rooms felt a bit outdated and I faced some issues with mosquito bites. The additional charges for activities and services also made me feel a bit squeezed, which detracted from the overall experience.
My stay at this resort was a mix of beautiful scenery but marred by tense experiences. While the pools and beach were lovely, the overall service left a lot to be desired, and I encountered multiple issues with my room. The experience felt off-putting, especially with staff who seemed uninviting. For a place that's primarily a getaway, it could certainly be improved.
